We are deeply grateful for our panelists that they have shared their expertise with us. One of the first points of the event was to create long-lasting tradition of sharing and co-creating with the friends and supporters of our organization.

The first half of the day consisted of listening to our panelists and discussing further on their experiences in the field.

Certainly, every career is unique. By listening to our panelists’ journeys to where they are now, we have witnessed this truth once again.
Discussion
As our panelists shared their experience as consultants, we had the opportunity to discuss and hear more about the challenges they face on the daily basis and the lessons they learned throughout their journeys.
Co-Creating
We have spent the second half of the day creating on what we have learned and shaping the Sustainability Maturity Matrix to be able to approach new partners with a structured first impression.
Creating
Compared our notes and discussing the highlights of the morning panel in smaller groups.
Harvesting
Dissected our conclusions around structured questions towards answering the challenges faced in the consultancy field.
Creating the Matrix
Used the findings we acquired on grouping the organizations according to their sustainability maturity levels.
Developing the Workshop
Shaped the structure of the workshop we would like to offer to our new partners and create our path forward.
