To start the session, we embraced non-verbal communication by using emojis to express our current feelings. Each team member shared an emoji that represented their mood at that moment. This creative icebreaker allowed us to connect on an emotional level without using words. The room was filled with positive energy as our chosen emojis illuminated the screen.
